NEWLY RENOVATED FACILITY!

That's right, we've recently renovated our gym with brand new flooring, paint, floor plan, functional training zone, cardio and weights area.

Here at Snap, we boast a friendly and welcoming vibe! Our members have clean and safe 24 hour access to everything they need to get fitter faster and smash their health goals.  

We're part of the international Snap Fitness group, giving you access to three clubs across Townsville (Aitkenvale, CBD & Thuringowa) and your 24/7 global access card means there's no rush, no time restrictions - your gym is available when YOU are.  We are your flexible fitness facility.

SMALL GROUP FITNESS - CLASS TIMETABLE

Classes are included in ALL of our memberships!

 

Class Descriptions:

HIIT – a circuit-style class inspired by the calorie-burning training style of High Intensity Interval Training.  Using a mix of functional training, equipment, and body weight work, this class will get you lean super-quick!  (Duration 45 min)

PILATES – a class designed to give you strong and flexible muscles without building bulk.  The outcome is a strong and balanced body with a firm stomach, balanced legs, strong back and toned upper body.  (Duration 60 min)

YOGA – a slower paced class designed to promote flexibility, strength, mobility and relaxation.  (Duration 60 min)

LEG & BOOTY –  tone and shape your legs and booty with this high energy class.  Short duration but high intensity - if you want a killer butt, this is the class for you!  (Duration 30 or 45 mins)

SENIORS CIRCUIT – Run by Exercise Physiologists, this is a circuit-based class suitable for all fitness levels and taking into consideration all health and injury concerns.  Exercises focus on improving strength, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, balance and core stability. The circuit nature of the class means that you can take it at your own pace.

SENIOR LADIES – Run by Exercise Physiologists, this Women-only group is perfect for those who want to increase their functional strength and cardio fitness but want to feel comfortable exercising in a gym environment. This is a circuit-based format so you can take it at your own pace with exercises modified to suit individual needs.
