GROUP FITNESS CLASSES & TIMETABLE

Metcon:
Metabolic Conditioning is a great full body workout, ranging from cardiovascular endurance to fat burning and strength training - improve your fitness on all levels!

Funcore:
Funcore is full of FUN and exciting fitness tools, from Kettle Bells to Sleds, this class is ideal to improve your overall fitness levels, including mobility and cardiovascular fitness.

HIIT Box:
These high intensity boxing classes work with partners or on your own. Boxing is perfect for fat burning, stress relief and overall fitness.

Bootcamp:
Adrenaline pumped and super fun partnered workouts with high intensity, fat burning obstacles! Exercises designed to break a sweat and challenge you mentally and physically (in a fun way!)
