Strength
Our strength classes will employee a 5x3x5 format focusing on the classic strength building movements with a mixture of compound and accessories exercises.
Power
Our Power Circuit class will focus on building strength with an element of cardio. Your heart rate will rise, while focusing is on strength, and speed.
Burn
Our Burn Circuit class will focus on increase cardiovascular fitness. It is a fast-paced, lighter loads, more reps, more movement style of training.
Boxing
An energy-filled full body workout using boxing, Muay Thai and karate. You will be shown how to use proper technique when punching and kicking, engage in partner work with pads and gloves.
Function Fit
The exercises involve multiple joints and muscle groups working together to simulate daily living tasks, like sitting or standing, and balance and core stability. Recommended for our over 55 clients.
