Our strength classes will employee a 5x3x5 format focusing on the classic strength building movements with a mixture of compound and accessories exercises.
Power
Our Power Circuit class will focus on building strength with an element of cardio. Your heart rate will rise, while focusing is on strength, and speed.
Burn
Our Burn Circuit class will focus on increase cardiovascular fitness. It is a fast-paced, lighter loads, more reps, more movement style of training.
Boxing
An energy-filled full body workout using boxing, Muay Thai and karate. You will be shown how to use proper technique when punching and kicking, engage in partner work with pads and gloves.

Great team, amazing vibe and just the right amount of equipment. In all seriousness this is a really solid gym! You will have the peace and quiet you want if that is what you are in too or you can learn from all the amazing athletes that do train there !!! Don't miss out ! You will not regret it!
