POWER SNAP - power and strength style functional training circuit, that's targets all muscles to maximise muscular strength and gets you sweating! 

BOOTY BUSTER - Get ready to work! Target, tighten and tone abs, butt and thighs in our snap formulated booty workout 

BARRE ATTACK - utilizing the Ballet Barre this is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. A perfect combination of strength, flexibility and cardio. 

SNAP BLAST - Amp up your workout, with our formulated ATW training to keep burning extra body fat for hours after the class, blasting that fat away! Each session is tailored to keep the body guessing, challenging isolated muscle groups and elevating your metabolic rate.

SNAP KNOCKOUT - is a fun boxing, core and cardio workout. A supercharged class using boxing techniques and interval training to work those arms, shoulder and core muscles! 

TABATA CIRCUIT 20/10 - 20 seconds of exercise 10 seconds of rest 8 different body weight exercises, get your heart rate through the roof and drop body fat FAST!
