Rock Bottom – 45 MINS Get ready to work! Target, tighten and tone abs, butt and thighs in our snap formulated booty workout
Booty Barre – 60 MINS utilizing the Ballet Barre this is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates and Fitness that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. A perfect combination of strength, flexibility and cardio.
Snap Blast – 45 MINS Amp up your workout, with our formulated ATW training to keep burning extra body fat for hours after the class, blasting that fat away! Each session is tailored to keep the body guessing, challenging isolated muscle groups and elevating your metabolic rate.
Snap Knockout – 45 MINS is a fun boxing, core and cardio workout. A supercharged class using boxing techniques and interval training to work those arms, shoulder and core muscles!
HIIT- is a 45-minute, bodyweight-only, non-choreographed, high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout.
Tabata – 20 seconds of exercise, 10 seconds of rest. Body weight exercises using your whole body to burn fat fast!
Pilates – 45 MINS balances all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. It is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your every day movements.
Yoga Sweat - Yoga Sweat is an invigorating yoga class for beginners thru to advanced. It is designed to provide you with a fun and challenging 45 minute yoga workout to start your day right. If you thought you couldn't sweat form yoga, then you better think again!
