SnapRox
Our signature functional training class! A fast-paced mix of strength, conditioning, and endurance in a circuit-style format.
Shred
The best of both worlds, a high intense cardio session mixed in with strength based training. Here you build lean muscle and increase your aerobic capacity within the same session.
Flow
A combination of pilates and yoga based moves designed to improve balance, mobility and stabilisation, whilst also building strength through bodyweight movements. A vital program to keep you moving
BoxFit
A high-intense cardio workout that has been designed based on boxing techniques using gloves and pad work. This class will improve strength, agility, coordination and overall fitness.

We are proud to have our amazing group fitness studio next door. We have now installed Teambeats by Technogym, which makes us the 1st 247 Group Fitness studio.
The studio is accessible to our members 247. This new technology allows you put our classes up on the screens so do the class if you missed it that day.
We have over 20 coach led classes throughout the week which include Shred, HIIT, Power, Sculpt and Pilates.
Yes, you get instant access to over 350 locations in Australia & New Zeland
Our Platinum Membership includes unlimited access to our 247 Group Fitness studio. We have Coach-led workouts which include HIIT, Sculpt, Power, Shred, Box Fit & Flow.
Our new Teambeats technology by Technogym allows you to do the classes 247. If you can not make a class you can load any of the sessions on the screens and do it when suits you best.
We also have Myzone technology in our classes. Myzone is an innovative wearable heart rate based system that uses wireless and cloud technology to accurately and conveniently monitor physical activity. It is highly successful due to its accuracy at 99.4% EKG. It is useful for anyone who wants a gamified and motivating wearable.
