James warm nature makes the gym a comfortable and welcoming place.
Great gym, has all the equipment & space you need. Clean & modern machines & areas. Found it to be much quieter than other gyms which is a bonus. James is a great manager too. Highly recommend signing up.
Good local gym, quiet location with good parking. Equipment and interior excellent.
The gym is quite convenient clean and well equipped I enjoy going there even at 78 years of age
