Butts, abs and Thighs, commonly referred to as BAT is a type of exercise program that focuses on toning and strengthening the abdominal muscles, glutes, and thighs.

Boot Camp combines the best of cardiovascular and strength training. Expect to challenge your mind and body as you alternate between high and low intensity exercises through timed intervals.

Boxfit is a cardio workout based on the training used for boxing, so it includes skipping, boxing drills including footwork and ab exercises – all focusing on fitness and toning.
