We are a family owned and operated club offering over 30 years combined experience in the Health and Fitness Industry.
We are located in our brand new multi level club at 130 Bulcock Street, Caloundra, QLD on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. Our air-conditioned club is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for our members convenience.
We now provide over 16 group fitness classes a week, with our timetable being updated regularly. Our classes are completely unique and designed to suit every one of every fitness level, tailoring each exercise to suit every attendee. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or an athlete – we have you covered.
In addition to our world class facilities, we offer a team of highly qualified personal trainers to keep you motivated to ensure you reach your fitness goals. We set an exceptionally high standard of not only customer service but personal experience in our club and pride ourselves on our elite trainers.
STRENGTH / HIIT
Start your week off the right way, with a combination of Strength and high intensity training all in one! Run by Beau come along and burn those extra calories from the weekend and strengthen up your muscles!
This high energy class is inspired by a traditional boxing class, designed to get your heart rate up! It is run by our personal trainer Beau and is built to suit people of all fitness levels. Team up with a partner and help each other work through fun combos. You'll be sure to learn something new with every session!
FIT & FIRM
Fit & Firm is the perfect way to end a Monday! There's a mix of cardio and strength training to ensure you'll never get bored.
Our Bootcamp Classes are run by Nat & Michele, two trainers with a haul of experience behind them. They'll get your heart pumping in no time with these High Intensity workouts! In the warmer months it's the perfect chance to sweat in the sun outdoors, so ensure you check our Facebook page here to see where these classes will be held.
Run by our personal trainer Vanessa, this class is high energy and designed to challenge all of your major muscle groups. Unlike classes run by other gyms these sessions are always different, meaning you'll never do the exact same workout twice!
Yoga is taken by an accredited yoga instructor. We currently have a rotation between two instructors, who run this class to suit people of all experience levels. This class is based on the physical aspect as well as mindfulness and deep breathing. It serves as the perfect way to unwind on a Tuesday night.
HUMP DAY GETS HEAVY
As the name suggests this class is centered around strength and conditioning training. Run by Eli, his high energy level will motivate you to smash your goals week after week!
A high-intensity workout including a series of body-weight exercises with interval style training, designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete
TO THE CORE
Run by Daniel our personal trainer this class is centered around your core, with strong focus on balance and stability, with a foundation branching from pilates .
Dance Fit is the perfect opportunity for a fast paced 30 minute cardio workout. This fun and energetic class will get your heart rate up with a smile on your face in no time!
Run by Beau, this class is an intense full body workout that will have you looking beau-tiful in no time!
CHEAT DAY JUSTIFIER
This circuit workout will burn all of those extra calories from the weekend! A combination of strength and cardio is an exceptional way to kick off a Saturday morning!
