Welcome to Snap Fitness Browns Plains! Your local 24 hour gym with low weekly fees, a great culture and environment to train in + our memberships are month by month.

If you're looking to try out the local gym in Browns Plains then you've come to the right place. Download a FREE 7 DAY TRIAL today and come in during staffed hours with your towel and water bottle. Our friendly team will show you around to help you settle in on your first visit. 

You can find us at 123 Browns Plains Rd, Browns Plains, QLD and parking is available at the rear entrance on Enterprize Way.

We have all of the equipment you need to reach your health and fitness goals. Along with state of the art cardiovascular machines, pin loaded and free weights, olympic lifting platform and a functional training area, we have an amazing team of personal trainers that will motivate and guide you to your chosen goals.

We also have Myzone heart rate technology to help you achieve your goals faster and group fitness classes to keep you motivated.

*Tabta (30min) – Monday’s 6:00pm 

A circuit training class that is ideal for developing all round fitness. Straight forward aerobic and resistance exercises are performed at a series of workstations, creating a fun and challenging workout that is different every time.


*BOXING (30min) – Tuesday’s 6:00pm & Thursday’s 5:30pm

Develop core strength with boxing techniques and drills. This all over cardio and strength training workout will also improve your endurance, co-ordination and stamina.

*(Some of our boxing classes supply boxing gloves.)


*HIIT CLASS (30min) – Wednesday's 5:30pm

A 30 minutes of high intensity interval training designed to torch fat, increase muscular endurance & cardiovascular fitness in the shortest amount of time possible. A mixture of body weight & resistance exercises to maximize energy expenditure.


* Booty burn - Thursday 6:00pm


Booty burn is a class dedicated to targeting those troublesome areas – abs, booty & thighs.
