Our cardiovascular machines are equipped with TV screens and ipod/iphone connections. We have a full range of free weights, including dumbells ranging from 1-65kg, pre-loaded barbells from 10-37.5kg, pin-loaded machines, pre-loaded cable machines, squat rack, Smith machine, flat/incline bench press, and benches. We also have a range of medicine balls, resistance bands, skipping ropes and Swiss balls.

We have super clean facilities with toilets and showers, so you can come in before or after work or even change before an important function!

Our team of experienced Personal Trainers offer a wide range of training, catering for all fitness levels, to help you get started & keep you motivated along your journey.
