After a few years away fom the gym & being over 50, I was a bit nervous stepping back into the gym environment. I have found the team at Charlemont Rise awesome. The equipment is great & I love the group fitness classes. Highly recommend you sign up!

Great gym. I’ve tested a few in the area and this one is quality. Brand new equipment and all members are really diligent in wiping down and looking after it. People there are nice too, never felt like I was being judged at any stage during my workouts. Staff also very nice and welcoming.
