Join PT Pat and experience her passion for fitness boxing and conditioning workouts. An express 30 min sweat sesh to get your heart pumping!

Metabolic Conditioning at its best - a mixture of functional strength training & Metabolic conditioning; Rig training will have you stronger, fitter & performing better.

Abs Blast

Ab-killing workouts that will have you tight, toned & terrific. Choose either floor workouts or Rig core workouts which utilise hanging & suspension training for a more intense burn.
