10/10 especially with the new remodel- been going for a while and it’s always been welcoming and clean etc. Damian is a legend too. Would highly recommend as it doesn’t get much better

This is by far the best gym in Eltham, with its new renovation it is perfect for daily gym goers or first-time users. The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming.

Michael from Birsa Cleaning visits us Monday to Friday and has been with us from the beginning. We truly appreciate the incredible work he does to keep our club looking its best. Next time you see Michael around, be sure to show your appreciation—he’s always up for a friendly fist pump!

Our staff work diligently to maintain a clean and welcoming environment by regularly wiping down equipment and keeping the space tidy, especially in areas where gym etiquette is still a work in progress. We also encourage all members to do their part by using the antibacterial wipes provided at our cleaning stations after using any equipment and YES, bring a towel.
