We are located at Mayfair Shopping Village, on the Cnr Manly Road and Burnett Street Manly West (next to Woolies). Our opening hours are 24 hours a day 7 days a week for your convenience.

In addition to world class facilities, we have a team of qualified personal trainers to keep you motivated, ensuring you reach your health and fitness goals. Group Fitness class are also avaiable and include: Pilates, Boxing, Circuit training and Hiit. 

Snap Fitness Manly West really does have something for everyone, regardless of your fitness level and age.

AB'S BUTTS & THIGHS - A low impact class to strengthen tone and fire up legs, glutes & core. Low impact does not mean low intensity! Suitable for all fitness levels & abilities.

HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training is guaranteed to whip you into shape! It's all about giving 100% with minimal rest breaks & pushing your fitness beyound what you thought possible!

THE PUNCH - A cardio boxing workout with your gloves, pads and your own killer instinct. This one-of-a-kind class will train you to move, look and feel like a champion. Cotton inners required (purchase for $2 at reception)

BOXER ABS - Combining boxing and core control, this class is sure to give youa middweek pump up and get you feeling on top of the world!

PILATES FUSION - A workout like no other! Pilates is all about utilising your body, and Pilates props to target, tone and strengthen your body.  A low impact mat based workout for everybody. 

BOXING POWER - Want to train like a fighter? This is a class designed to get you focused on the technique, strength, power, speed and agility it takes to be a fighter. Bring your game face and come give it a go!  Cotton inners required (purchase for $2 at reception)

FUNCTIONALLY FIT - This is a gentle exercise class with a combination of cardio, strength, balance and flexibility training suitable for all ages and fitness levels.  

FUNCTIONAL CIRCUITS - Get fit for real life! Incorporates movements that give you the strength you need to tackle lifes daily challenges.

KICKBOXING FITNESS - This is the pinnacle right here! Incorporating a high intensity workout to support you being fighting fit. It's time to be your best with this kickboxing and functional training blend.

 

Most Classes are Free for Manly West Members, $10 for other Snap Members & $10 for non-members.
