Great gym. Not only tonnes of brand new equipment and but a sauna with recovery suits. Suits are perfect for footy rehab. Corey was really helpful to me and our victoria country football team. If u live in palmaston area this should be your gym.

This has been my hometown gym for multiple years now. The staff are always so welcoming and are so easy to work with, it’s one of my favourite parts about coming in. Machines are great, and it has that small town feel to it where you know everyone. Definitely recommend
