For someone who hasn’t stepped foot into a gym in 10 years, the environment was very inviting and I felt very comfortable to come in a learn to train again without judgement. Staff have also been very helpful throughout the joining process and kept up informed about the crèche. Highly recommended!
Excellent facilities, staff, and community. New upgrades underway also!
