Welcome to KINGAROY's favourite 24 hour gym

We're perfectly positioned to look after the Kingaroy area.  Our members enjoy a full range of Free Weights, iPod-enabled Touchscreen Cardio Gear, Child Minding, Bathrooms, Showers and Changerooms.  Full Group Fitness Class Timetable, Personal Training and Group Running Classes are also available.  Snap Fitness members have 24 hour access to around 200 Australian locations. We are genuinely Australia's premium fitness organisation. So come down and meet the friendly team at Snap Fitness Kingaroy.

We have a team of qualified personal trainers to keep you motivated to ensure you reach your fitness goals. We also have a fantastic team of Group Fitness instructors who will push you past that barrier when it comes to group fitness classes. Snap Fitness Kingaroy really has something for everyone, regardless of your fitness level or your age. Don't be scared to come down and meet our friendly team.

It's very easy to get started

All you need to do is drop in during our staffed hours and take a tour of the facilities. You can start straight awayby spending ten minutes completing a membership form and a quick induction then you're a fully fledged member and have access to around 200 Snap Fitness in Australia. If you are new to gym and have loads of questions, we are more than happy to help.

We have a wide range of group fitness classes including Les Mills, pre-choregraphed and freestyle programs. Experienced and qualified staff are sure to inspire and motivate you through a series of amazing classes suited for all fitness levels

Group Fitness 

BODYPUMP® is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like Squats, Presses, Lifts and Curls. Get the results you came for - and fast!

BODYBALANCE® is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

METAFIT is a high intensity training based on body weight, plyometric and core moves. It is suited to all fitness levels, short and effective. You will never burn muscle during a Metafit class only fat, plus increase your metabolic rate!!

BOX HIIT Need a stress buster? Combining basic boxing techniques and with both circuit and high intensity internal training we bring box HIIT. Suitable for all fitness levels and promises to be an awesome full body workout. Unleash your inner fighter!!

AB’s EXPRESS is a 30 minute core strength and endurance class that is specifically designed to target those problem areas. Come and rock those abs to some awesome tunes. This class is low impact and caters for every fitness level. Tack it on to the end of your gym session or do it as a stand  alone class. In and out in 30 minutes!

POWER HIIT!!  If you like Body Pump this is the class for you!  Combining barbell resistance training and plyometrics for an all round body workout.  Adjust your weights for a lighter session or load up the bar and see what you can lift.  This class is you versus you in a fantastic combination of lifting weights and body weight training.  Add the ultimate "edge" to your fitness goals with strength and power!
