Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter is Snap Fitness Wallan and Snap Fitness Kilmore (“the Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period
   The official promotion draw date commenced on 7 August and concludes on 30 September 2026 (“Promotional Period”). Entries must be received and eligibility requirements met before the applicable prize draw closing date.

3. Eligibility
   Entry is open to eligible Snap Fitness Wallan and Snap Fitness Kilmore members who:

• Activate their Snap Fitness membership during the promotional period;

• Meet the requirements of the advertised promotion; and

• Have an active membership at the time of the applicable prize draw.

Employees of the Promoter and any other persons directly involved in administering the promotion are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter
   Eligible members will automatically receive entry into the applicable prize draw once their Snap Fitness membership has been successfully activated during the promotional period.

No additional purchase is required beyond the applicable membership requirements.

5.      Prize Pool
A total prize pool of $10,000 will be awarded across the promotional campaign.

The $10,000 prize pool will be shared across multiple winners and prize draws throughout the Promotional Period, with individual prizes ranging from $50 to $1,000.

Prize values and the number of winners will vary between prize draws. The applicable prizes for each draw are outlined in the published prize draw schedule for Snap Fitness Wallan and Snap Fitness Kilmore.

The promotion will include weekly prize draws, followed by a grand finale draw on 30 September 2026. The grand finale will include one $1,000 prize for Snap Fitness Wallan and one $1,000 prize for Snap Fitness Kilmore.

The $10,000 is not a single $10,000 prize unless expressly stated otherwise.

6.      Prize Draws
Prize draws will be conducted at random from all eligible entries applicable to that draw.

Weekly prize draws will be conducted on the dates outlined in the published prize draw schedule, being 7 August, 14 August, 21 August, 28 August, 4 September, 11 September, 18 September and 25 September 2026, followed by the grand finale draw on 30 September 2026.

Eligible members who meet the requirements of the promotion and have activated their membership before the applicable prize draw closing date will be included in the relevant draw.

The number of winners and value of prizes awarded may vary between draws.

Winners will be contacted using the contact information associated with their Snap Fitness membership.

7. Membership Status
To remain eligible, entrants must have an active and financial Snap Fitness membership at the time of the applicable prize draw.

Memberships that have been cancelled, terminated, refunded or are otherwise inactive before the draw may be deemed ineligible.

8. Prizes
   Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable unless otherwise approved by the Promoter.

Where a prize is provided as a gift card or voucher, any additional terms and conditions imposed by the gift card or voucher provider will also apply.

Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted directly by Snap Fitness Wallan or Snap Fitness Kilmore within 1 business day of the applicable prize draw. The Promoter may also announce winners through its social media channels, in-club communications or other promotional channels, subject to applicable privacy requirements.

9. Unclaimed Prizes
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within the timeframe advised by the Promoter, the Promoter may conduct a redraw where permitted by law.

10. General Conditions
    The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or who interferes with the fair operation of the promotion.

If the promotion cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

11. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the promotion will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility and contact winners and will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s applicable privacy practices.

12. Acceptance
    Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
