Barre Attack™ (45min)/ Transform Barre (60mins)

Is a complete Barre fitness class combining the best of Pilates, fitness and Ballet.

Using the ballet barre, resistance bands and Pilates balls, it incorporates standing Pilates with cardio intervals, core work and functional exercise. This flowing class format creates a total body workout which is fun and easy to follow.

CXWORX™ (30min)

Provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together.

All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and shoulder work.

HIIT Circuit (30min)

A 30 minutes of high intensity interval training designed to torch fat, increase muscular endurance & cardiovascular fitness in the shortest amount of time possible. A mixture of body weight & resistance exercises to maximize energy expenditure.

SNAP FUNCTIONAL (Platinum Members only, 30 or 45min)

The Snap Functional Group Training class is an express 30 or 45minute circuit utilising the Snap Fitness Sherwood Platinum Room where Snap Fitness Sherwood Platinum members are welcome to participate. This class is suited for all fitness levels. Improve your balance, stability and performance all in one class. Functional Group Training is designed to optimize human movement through the use of bands, plyometrics, free weights and balls to deliver a well-rounded & challenging exercise program.

BOX-FIT (30 or 45min)

Boxfit is a class which uses boxing gloves and focus mitts to get you fit while having fun and improving your coordination. Also this class can often end with a 5 or 10mins ab blast! The boxing is usually conducted in groups of two, so you can bring a friend down to train with you or meet new friends in the class. Come in and discover why this is one of our most popular classes.

This class is suited for all fitness levels.

YOGA (60min)

Yin/Deep Stretch - Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with poses, or asanas, that are held for long periods of time—five minutes per pose is typical.Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice.

Power yoga - Power yoga combines stretching, strengthening moves (upper and lower body and core) and basic calisthenics-type exercise, Power yoga offers continuous movement from one position to the next along with static holds in power poses, creating an effective aerobic workout for beginners and experts alike.

ZUMBA™ (60min)

Perfect For Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it out.

How It Works: We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Yes. Super fun? Most definitely. 

Benefits: A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.


Metafit is a 30-minute, bodyweight-only, non-choreographed, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. The program was created over a decade ago in the UK by a Royal Marine Commando in a bid to make HIIT more efficient and effective. How so? By reducing the amount of time spent looking at a stopwatch or app, and increasing the focus on client technique, range of motion and intensity (true HIIT) – and making modifications when necessary. 


Metapwr is a 30-minute, metabolic resistance workout, combining bodyweight and weighted compound exercises with little rest to maximize calorie burn and increase the metabolic rate during and after the workout.


A 30/45 minute class helping you burn fat and improve your strength and mobility through bodyweight exercise!
