Are you ready for a challenge? High Intensity interval training (HIIT) involves bursts of high-intensity strength and cardio exercises, followed by brief periods of recovery.

Working abs, glutes, thighs, hamstrings & calves - all together in a 45-min lower body strength session!

Use dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, TRX, benches, body weight and so much more within a circuit-style structure.

We are staffed 9:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am - 1:00pm Friday and Saturday - but open 24/7 to members!
With every membership we offer a complimentary Personal Training induction with our club Personal Trainer. Personal training sessions can be purchased individually or as part of a package.
Yes we do! Our creche is included in all our memberships at no extra cost, open Tuesday - Friday 8:30am until 11:20am, bookable through our Snap Fitness App.
Absolutely! We welcome all fitness levels and offer a complimentary personal training induction to help get you started :)
