We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 365 days per year! The club is 750 Square meters in size with a large cardio and free weights area with high qaulity Matrix equipment!
SNAP FITNESS ESSENDON also has a separate boxing and multi functional training room, with excellent equipment and group classes catering for beginners through to professional athletes.
We have a team of highly motivated and qualified personal trainers to help you reach your fitness goals, offering Group Fitness classes and/or one on one personal training sessions.

Classes - Train with a group of friends or meet new members and enjoy achieving your fitness goals together! A great way to increase your fitness level!
- CARDIO CIRCUIT - This one hour class provides a great workout as you move through a series of stations. These stations may include body weight exercises, medicine balls, weights and cardio machines. $10
- SUPER SESSION - This one hour challenging class provides a great workout designed to elevate your heart rate and push you to your limits and can include anything from cardio, weights, body weight exercises etc. - $15
- YIN YOGA - One hour of slow deep muscle release/stretches and restorative poses plus meditation and relaxation - $15
- BOXING - Our boxing class is a 45 minute session of fitness boxing designed to get your heart rate up. A cardiovascular activity that will work out your whole body - FREE for members
