Great vibe, muscle-burning, total body sculpting is Reformer Pilates in one sentence. Reformer Pilates will be a full body workout for every muscle group with a huge focus on your core & pelvic floor

FATBURN

FATBURN

Fatburn is focused on pushing individuals for long periods of time. You will get working intervals and active rest periods with little or no actual stopping rests.

STRENGTH

Unlike most of our other classes, Strength is focused on improving strength through increasing weights, sets, tempo or super sets.

HIIT

HIIT

This is your traditional HIIT class. You will work at maximal effort and then allowed to enough time to recover to attempt maximal effort again.

METCON

METCON

Metcon involves a strength and cardio workout. It incorporates more of your big full body movements such as Deadlifts, Clean & Press and Barbell Squats with minimal rest.

SUPER SAT

Our Saturday classes are our longer classes so you will find the working time is about 10min longer. The classes could be anything the trainer decides to do for that day.

Last year

This gym hosts amazing equipment, extremely friendly staff. They have every machine that you could ask for, the gym is extremely clean and tidy. Overall, I would strongly recommend Snapfitness to anyone looking to join a gym.
