We are located at 100 Pirie St, Adelaide 5000. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience and staffed MON-FRI (Mon-Thu 9.30am-6.30pm, Fri 8.30am-2pm) for you to come and take a tour of our facilities.

ABOUT OUR CLASSES  

ABT A.B.T stands for ‘abs, butts and thighs’ and is a target training class that focuses on the legs and butt! ABT utilises the largest muscles in the body to burn calories and get your entire body in amazing shape!

BOXFIT As the name suggests, this is a class for those keen to up their fitness levels and let out a little frustration. We recommend bringing your own gloves and a partner for this one, but we can also provide both.

CARDIO BLAST A high energy, movement-based class for those who want to take their fitness to a new level, or just work on that all important heart health.

CIRCUIT A classic class for gym-goers. Get a complete body workout in a limited amount of time, as you traverse through the setup stations.

CORE BLAST This workout focuses on improving core strength and engagement by encorporating both standing compound exercises as well as floor exercises. Equipment is used, such as weighted plates and bands.

CORE-DIO A class for the gym goer who wants to keep their heart rate up and work their mid section. A high energy class to help tone your body.

PUMP BLITZ A strength/power training workout set to music designed to improve compound muscular strength, core engagement, postural alignment and overall weight training technique. Equipment is used, such as Barbell, weighted plates and elevated step.

STEP EXPRESS Performed on an elevated platform, this rhythmic workout focuses on improving cardio fitness and agility.

TABATA 4 minutes of fury. The ultimate in timed HIIT training- 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest. Great for all fitness levels, you can use the work time to complete as many reps as possible or slow down to work on increasing range of movement, without having to count reps.

T.T.B Tummy, Thighs & Butt! This is a must for those who want to tighten and tone everything from the chest down.

YOGA Increase your energy and calm the mind with gentle stretches, postures and poses. Learning how to breathe can calm your mind, increase your mobility and flexibility. Yoga also increases muscle strength and builds stamina.

ZUMBA® ABS EXPRESS Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realising it.
