LEVEL UP: Summer Slam Program
Our signature Summer Youth Athletic Training Program has helped hundreds of local athletes develop strength, speed, agility, confidence, and mental toughness. We have programs for ages 9 through high school. Every session is designed to improve athletic performance while building healthy habits that last beyond summer. Whether your athlete is just getting started or competing at a high level, they'll build confidence and athleticism in a fun, challenging, & supportive environment. #levelup

LEVEL UP: After-School Fit Focus Program

NEXT LEVEL: The Mental Edge Program
This is a dedicated, one-on-one mental skills performance training for athletes, offered one or two days per week. The program focuses on mindset strategies for peak performance and equips athletes with the tools to sharpen their focus, build confidence, increase resilience, manage frustrations, learn how to reset after making mistakes, and more. ๐๐ป๐ฟ๐ผ๐น๐น๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ถ๐ ๐น๐ถ๐บ๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ as we can only accept a small amount of clients into our Mental Performance Training Academy.

ELITE LEVEL: The Ultimate Athlete Program
This program is exclusively for high school or college athletes wanting to get to the next level. Designed for athletes committed to reaching their highest potential, perfect for advanced athletes or those wanting to learn how to do the "bigger" Olympic lifts (barbell training) PLUS continue to work on explosiveness, power, speed, agility, balance, mobility and more.

PEAK LEVEL: The Unstoppable Athlete
๐ ๐๐ก๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ ๐จ๐ฆ๐๐๐ This is a comprehensive program that combines physical and mental performance training. Designed to develop the complete athletic, mentally and physically. On and off the field. Participants work on leveling up their mindset and their physical performance through mental performance training exercises, tools and techniques.

CHAMPIONS LEVEL: Team Sports Performance Training
This program brings your team together in a structured training environment that builds strength, speed, endurance, agility, and explosive power, all while reinforcing teamwork and accountability. Sessions are customized and designed to help athletes not only perform better individually but also elevate their teamโs overall physical performance during competition. The Champion Level creates stronger, faster, more resilient athletes who can compete with confidence and cohesion with teammates.

LEGACY LEVEL: Team Mental Performance Training
At higher levels of competition, physical ability becomes more equal.
