6 Level Options - See Below

All programs are month-to-month (except our one-on-one Mental Performance Training program), so your athlete can pause their training for a short time if needed - no full school year commitment required. If you are not sure which program is best for your athlete, we can schedule a call or a time for you to come in and discuss all options.

Level 1

LEVEL UP: THE FIT FOCUS PROGRAM

After-school fitness training, two days a week. Ideal for athletes looking to boost strength, conditioning, speed, agility, explosiveness, and mental toughness in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. ๐—œ๐—ณ ๐˜†๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ ๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ถ๐—น๐—ฑ ๐—ถ๐˜€ ๐—ป๐—ผ๐˜ ๐—ถ๐—ป ๐˜€๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐˜๐˜€, ๐˜๐—ต๐—ถ๐˜€ ๐—ถ๐˜€ ๐—ฎ ๐—š๐—ฅ๐—˜๐—”๐—ง ๐—ฝ๐—น๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ ๐˜๐—ผ ๐˜€๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜. Mental Performance

NEXT LEVEL: THE MENTAL EDGE PROGRAM

This is a dedicated, one-on-one mental skills perfomance training for athletes, offered one or two days per week. The program focuses on mindset strategies for peak performance and equips athletes with the tools to sharpen their focus, build confidence, increase resilience, manage frustrations, learn how to reset after making mistakes, and more. Level 3

ELITE LEVEL: THE ULTIMATE ATHLETE PROGRAM

This program is exclusively for high school AND/OR college athletes wanting to get to the next level. Designed for athletes committed to reaching their highest potential, perfect for advanced athletes or those wanting to learn how to do the "bigger" Olympic lifts (barbell training) PLUS continue to work on explosiveness, power, speed, agility, mobility and more.

PEAK LEVEL: THE UNSTOPPABLE ATHLETE PROGRAM

๐— ๐—œ๐—ก๐—— ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐— ๐—จ๐—ฆ๐—–๐—Ÿ๐—˜ This is a comprehensive program that combines physical and mental performance training. Designed to develop the complete athletic, mentally and physically. On and off the field. Participants work on leveling up their mindset and their physical performance through mental performance training exercises, tools and techniques.

This program brings your team together in a structured training environment that builds strength, speed, endurance, agility, and explosive power, all while reinforcing teamwork and accountability. Sessions are customized and designed to help athletes not only perform better individually but also elevate their teamโ€™s overall physical performance during competition. The Champion Level creates stronger, faster, more resilient athletes who can compete with confidence and cohesion with teammates.
