Prevent injuries while learning proper lifting techniques, including squats, deadlifts, bench presses, overhead presses, and MORE. We will teach you "how" not just tell you "what" to do. Ages: 14 - College Training Cohort Size: 3 - 6 You can also create your own training schedule! Gather a few friends and/or teammates, and we’ll coordinate a training schedule that fits your needs (dependent on trainer availability).

A swimmer might work on pulling strength with resistance. In addition to the big Olympic lifts, we incorporate movement patterns that transfer to actual game situations. We also tap into energy systems that the sport demands like quick bursts for sprints vs. sustained power for other sports). It's strength with a purpose instead of just random strength training.
