MIDDLE SCHOOL Summer Slam: Level Up Program

๐’๐“๐‘๐„๐๐†๐“๐‡ | ๐’๐๐„๐„๐ƒ | ๐„๐๐ƒ๐”๐‘๐€๐๐‚๐„ | ๐€๐†๐ˆ๐‹๐ˆ๐“๐˜ DATES: 6/8/26 - 8/20/26. Three days per week (no class 7/1 - 7/8) AGES: 9 - 15 years old COHORT SIZE: Approx 6 to 12 athletes per cohort. TRAINING DAYS: M, W, TR CLASS TIMES: TBD (45-50 minute sessions) You can also create your own training schedule*! Gather a few friends or teammates, and weโ€™ll coordinate a training schedule that fits your needs. *Dependent on trainer availability.

HIGH SCHOOL Summer Slam: Ultimate Athlete Program

๐๐Ž๐–๐„๐‘ ยท ๐’๐“๐‘๐„๐๐†๐“๐‡ ยท SPEED ยท EXPLOSIVENESS Prevent injuries while learning proper lifting techniques, including squats, deadlifts, bench presses, overhead presses & MORE. Ages: 14 - 18 (6 or less ppl) Dates: 6/9 to 8/20/26. No class 7/1 - 7/8 Training Days: T & TR (times vary). 75 minute sessions. You can also create your own training schedule*! Gather a few friends or teammates, and weโ€™ll coordinate a training schedule that fits your needs. *Dependent on trainer availability.
