
MIDDLE SCHOOL: Summer Slam Level Up Program
STRENGTH · SPEED · ENDURANCE · AGILITY · MOBILITY · EXPLOSIVENESS Dates: 4 days per week. Begins 6/9 - 8/21/25 (no class 7/2 - 7/9) Ages: 9 - 15 years old Session Size: Approx 6 to 10 athletes / cohort. Training Days: M, W, TR (Tues = Mindset day-no physical training) Class times: TBD (45-50 minute sessions) You can also create your own training schedule!* Gather a few friends or teammates, and we’ll coordinate a training schedule that fits your needs (*dependent on trainer availability).

HIGH SCHOOL: Summer Slam Ultimate Athlete Program
POWER · STRENGTH · EXPLOSIVENESS · AGILITY Prevent injuries while learning proper lifting techniques, including squats, deadlifts, bench presses, overhead presses, and MORE. Dates: 6/10 to 8/21/25 (no class 7/2 - 7/9) Training Days: T & TR (times vary). 75 minute sessions. Ages: 15 - 18 Class Size: 6 or less You can also create your own training schedule!* Gather a few friends or teammates, and we’ll coordinate a training schedule that fits your needs (*dependent on trainer availability).
