HERE IS WHAT TO EXPECT
Our New Year, New Habits Challenge is aimed to increase motivation, accountability and consistency. Its an 8-week challenge, starting January 13th, where participants workout 1x week with a certified trainer. Sessions are 40 minutes and can be scheduled to fit your needs. Challenge starts and ends with weigh-ins, measurements and goal refinement. Cost is $150 for 8 weeks. Individual Training
4 sessions per month (1 session per week)
8 sessions per month (2 sessions per week)
12 sessions per month (3 sessions per week)
Virtual Training
With the virtual training feature you can now take your personalized programming with you when it is convenient for YOU to go to the gym. While still keeping all the benefits that come with hiring your own personal trainer.
