Strength & Mobility class places emphasis on the body’s biomechanics. This moderate to high intensity class focuses on strength, stability, mobility, and balance to create a full body workout.

Active Aging Strength & Mobility M/W/F 9a

Community based & joint friendly, AA Strength & Mobility places emphasis on the body’s biomechanics. This moderate intensity class focuses on strength, stability, mobility, and balance.

This fitness class burns off calories by dancing to different kinds of lively tunes, often Latin-American inspired such as salsa, merengue and samba, but also other types of modern music.

Barre is a strength endurance class with components of ballet, yoga, pilates, and strength training. Classes uses light weights with lots of reps for strengthening and toning. Good for all abilities.

Nice little gym. Lots of modern equipment in good condition. Very clean. Great mix of weights, functional, and cardio equipment. Getting signed up was very fast and easy. 24 hour access is awesome.

Visiting Snap Fitness Hood River

We love welcoming guests and giving you the opportunity to experience our space.

Guests enjoy full access to the main gym and all of our amenities, so you can get a complete feel for what we offer. To provide the best experience for our members, group fitness classes are reserved for active members and are not included with guest passes.

To keep the club comfortable and uncrowded, guest access is offered during select times when the gym is less busy.

When available, we offer guest options for adults 18 and older. Visits take place during staffed hours, and our team will be happy to get you set up when you arrive.

While we don’t offer free trial passes, we do make it easy to try us out and take the next step if it feels like the right fit. If you decide to join within 30 days of your visit, a portion of your guest pass will be applied toward your enrollment.

No appointment needed. We’re always happy to welcome you in.

You’re welcome to stop by during any of our staffed hours for a tour, to ask questions, or to get signed up in person. Our team is here to make the process simple and comfortable.

Prefer to skip the in-club registration time? You can join online anytime. Once you’re signed up, just stop in during staffed hours to pick up your access card and welcome packet, and we’ll get you set for success.

Membership Options & Family Savings

We keep our membership structure simple so every member has full access and accountability. All memberships are individual, and each person is required to have their own membership.

That said, we love supporting families and those who want to get started together.

When couples or family members join at the same time, each person receives $25 off their enrollment fee. It’s a great way to begin your fitness journey together while keeping things flexible for each individual.

To take advantage of this, we recommend stopping by during staffed hours so our team can get everyone set up and answer any questions.

Youth Memberships (Ages 14–18)

We’re proud to offer options for younger members to build strong, healthy habits early.

For families with an active parent membership, youth ages 14–18 can join at a reduced rate:

$30 per month with a $25 enrollment fee

Members ages 14 and 15 work out alongside their parent, creating a supportive and safe experience

At age 16, they may work out independently

This structure allows each member to have their own access while still encouraging families to prioritize fitness together.

Need a Break?

We understand that life happens. Travel, busy seasons, or unexpected events can shift your routine.

To help you stay flexible, you have the option to place your membership on hold for up to 90 days each calendar year.

If you know you’ll need some time away, simply submit your request at least 5 days in advance using the link below, and we’ll take care of the rest.

We’re here to support you, whether you’re in a full routine or taking a short break.

Thinking About Canceling?

We’re here to support you, wherever you are in your fitness journey.

If you decide it’s time to cancel, simply submit your 30-day notice using the link below. Your final billing will be prorated based on your cancellation date, and you’ll continue to have full access to the gym for 30 days after your request.

If you’ve been struggling to get into the gym or feel like you could use a little more guidance, we’d truly love the opportunity to help. Whether it’s getting back into a routine, exploring new options, or finding the right support, our team is here for you.

Group Fitness Classes

Group fitness classes are included with all active memberships and are a great way to stay motivated, build consistency, and have some fun in your routine.

To ensure the best experience for our members, classes are reserved for active members only and are not available with guest passes.

Booking & Attending Classes

All classes are booked through the Snap App, making it easy to view the schedule and reserve your spot.

To keep classes running smoothly and fairly for everyone:

All participants must reserve their spot in advance
Bookings are available to active members only
You may hold one reservation per class format at a time, and can book your next class once your current one is complete
Please check into the gym before heading into class

If your plans change, we ask that you cancel at least 6 hours in advance. This helps open spots for other members and keeps classes accessible for everyone.

Late cancellations and missed classes may result in a $10 fee, and repeated no-shows can impact booking privileges. We simply want to make sure spots are used by those ready to attend.
