Frequently Asked Questions
Members aged 14-15 years old may be added to the account of a parent and workout in the club with parent supervision.
Members aged 16-17 years old can obtain their own club access card and use the club with written parental permission.
Anyone under the age of 14 may workout in the club with a Snap Fitness personal trainer.
If you need to make changes to your account, please text us, email or call us. Examples of account changes: adding or removing members, freezing, cancelling, adding or removing classes and changing billing information.
*Changes need to be made 7 days prior to your billing date to take effect during your next billing cycle.

Our main 24/7 facility is located at 10 2nd Ave W, Foley.
Our Performance & Wellness Studio is located at 231 4th Ave N, Foley.
Members can cancel their membership or any service with us by filling out this form: https://forms.gle/6EsVcqT1eqoShPcP9 or contacting our gym. Once we have record of a membership cancellation request we will process the cancellation for the end of the current membership agreement term. No refunds will be issued regardless if the member hasn't been using the gym prior to a cancellation request.
