Membership Changes

MEMBERSHIP HOLD:

A membership may be put on hold for up to 3 months per calendar year. Putting membership on hold is not the same as cancelling a membership. A membership on HOLD, is not an active membership; therefore no members on the account may access any SNAP Fitness location. Payments will automatically resume at the end of the HOLD period. Memberships on Hold can not be cancelled. A monthly administrative fee may be drafted from the account each month the membership is on hold. A membership on hold may be reactivated at anytime by contacting SNAP Lakeside at 218-212-5213 or duluth@snapfitness.com

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION:

The primary member on the account may request to remove any other member, or cancel the entire membership at anytime. There is a 15 day notice required to stop the payment for the next month's dues. All door access cards associated with the cancelled membership will automatically deactivate on the last date of the final billing period. Accounts on Hold status can not be cancelled until reinstated and a membership change form is submitted for cancellation.
