Snap Fitness [Earn $50 With 5+ Visits Black Friday/Cyber Monday Promotion] Terms and Conditions

1.        Promotion Period. This promotional offer is available to eligible new Snap Fitness members who purchase a qualifying month-to-month single membership between 12:00am on November 24, 2025 and 11:59pm on December 1, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

2.        Eligibility. This promotion is open to new Snap Fitness members who are 18 years of age or older who purchase a month-to-month single membership at a participating club during the Promotion Period. The offer is not available for other membership types, including but not limited to: prepaid, fixed-term, corporate, group, insurance, family, or other discounted membership types. Existing members, former members rejoining, or anyone who cancels and re-enrolls during the Promotion Period are not eligible. Offer is available at participating Snap Fitness clubs only. Please check with your local club to confirm participation.

3.        How to Qualify. To receive the promotional credit, the eligible new member must:

(a) join a participating Snap Fitness club on a month-to-month single membership during the Promotion Period; and

(b) Visit their participating home club at least five (5) times between their join date and 11:59pm on December 31, 2025 (the “Qualification Requirements”).

4.        Visits. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a “Visit” is defined as a day on which the member’s access card is successfully scanned at their designated home club. Only Visits to the member’s designated home club will count toward the total number of Visits. A member may not earn more than one (1) Visit per day. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that their access card is properly scanned upon entry to the club. Visit data is determined using the club’s existing access tracking system. No manual adjustments will be made.

5.        Credit. Eligible members who meet the Qualification Requirements will receive a $50 credit, which will be applied to their monthly membership dues (the “Credit”). The Credit will be applied by the participating club by no later than February 28, 2026. The Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may only be applied toward Snap Fitness membership dues. The Credit cannot be used toward personal training, retail purchases, or any non-membership related services or fees. If the member cancels their membership or is otherwise ineligible at the time the Credit is due to be applied, the Credit will be forfeited. No individual shall be entitled to receive more than one Credit under this promotion.

6.        General. This promotion is a loyalty incentive and is not a sweepstakes, contest, lottery, or game of chance. Void where prohibited. This promotion is administered by participating Snap Fitness clubs and is subject to modification or cancellation at any time without notice. Snap Fitness, Inc. and its affiliates are not responsible for club participation, administration of the promotion, or tracking of member Visits. Snap Fitness is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, access card failures, system outages, or other errors that may impact the recording or verification of a Visit. All decisions regarding the interpretation, eligibility, and administration of this promotion are final and at the sole discretion of Snap Fitness. Participation in this promotion constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
