Snap Fitness has been a huge help with my weight loss and building muscle. The flexibility is great whether you want to work out solo, attend group sessions, or train with a coach. The small group sessions make it easy because the workouts are planned — you just show up. The trainers motivate you, push you, and check in to help you stay on track. The challenges also make the journey more fun and supportive.

I joined Snap Fitness in 2022 after years of not being active and not knowing how to work out properly. The small group training sessions have been incredible. The trainers coach proper form, push you to improve, and create workouts that hit all muscle groups. Everyone is at different fitness levels, so it’s always a supportive environment. Since joining, I’ve lost body fat, gained muscle, and learned a lot about training and nutrition.

Training FAQs

Personal Training offers 100% dedicated attention for highly specific goals or health challenges. Small Group Training (up to 10 people) provides the same expert coaching and MBSC methodology but adds a layer of community energy and accountability at a more accessible price point.

Not at all. Every new member starts with a Functional Movement Screen (FMS). Whether you are in a 1-on-1 or Small Group session, our coaches "meet you where you are," adjusting every exercise to your current ability and safety needs.

MBSC (Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning) is the world-renowned, science-based system we use for all our training. It focuses on functional movement, injury prevention, and sustainable results - the same system used by pro athletes, adapted for our members.

All sessions typically run 30 to 60 minutes. This is the "sweet spot" to ensure a high-intensity, effective workout that fits into a busy schedule while still allowing for a proper warm-up and cool-down.

For most members, 2 to 4 sessions per week is the ideal frequency to see the best results and gives you adequate time to recover.

Our Small Group Training packages include a Basic Access membership. 1-1 Training Packages include a membership if you are training with your coach at least 3 sessions a week.

We provide a "Total" experience. Beyond the coaching, you receive regular nutrition/body fat testing, ongoing nutrition and diet guidance, MyZone heart rate tracking access, and the support of our coaching team to keep you on track outside the gym.

We offer a wide range of session times throughout the day for our Small Group Training (63 total session start times Mon-Sat). 1-1 Training is flexible because it is you and your coach scheduling the session times.
