Community Wellness Day Every month at Snap Fitness

May 16th, 8am - 2pm

One Saturday a month, we open our doors to everyone — members and community alike. Free classes, free recovery, local wellness vendors, and good energy. No membership required.

How It Works

1. Register for free Grab your spot for the class you want. Choose from Spin or Strength at 8AM or 9AM. Just mention in your RSVP below! Walk-ins are welcome for everything else!

2. Show up Saturday morning Doors open at 8am. Come for one class or stay for the whole thing — it's your morning.

3. Bring someone This event is open to the whole community. Members, non-members, first-timers — all welcome.

Whether you've been a member here for years or you've driven past and wondered what's inside, this day is for you! Community Wellness Day exists because we believe wellness shouldn't have a barrier to entry.

What's Included?

Spin and Strength classes are offered throughout the morning. All levels welcome — show up as you are.

There's a Spin Class and Strength Class from 8:00am - 8:45am, and a second option for each from 9:00am - 9:45am!

Open access all day to our sauna and cold plunge. Come to recover, come to reset, come to try it for the first time.

Buy one, get one on smoothies at the cafe. Fuel up before class or wind down after!

The full floor is open all day. If you'd rather skip the classes and just get a lift in, come do exactly that. All of our equipment is available throughout the event — free to use, no signup needed. A great way to try the gym before committing to anything!

We bring in massage therapists, chiropractors, IV drip therapy, wellness practitioners, and local businesses each month to offer free services and consultations. A different lineup every time!
