I go to the gym early in the morning. I enjoy my workout and visiting with the people who are there at this time of the day and for the most part all the equipment is in good shape on the place is kept clean.
I appreciate the hours and equipment. They have everything I need whether I want to be intense or relaxed during the workout
Great gym. Always clean and the equipment is well kept. The remodeling is really sprucing up the place as well! If i had one request though it would be to replace one of the stair steppers with a stair master. Other than that i love coming here!
Easy access 24/7. Good parking. Lots of machines and free weights. Clean.
