To sign up for a membership, please schedule an appointment to complete your registration in the club. Once you become a member, you’ll receive a 24-hour access card, allowing you to visit the gym at your convenience.
For your safety and security, our doors remain locked at all times, with 24/7 surveillance in place.
How to Sign Up with Silver & Fit
Confirm Eligibility – Reach out to your insurance provider to verify your eligibility for Silver & Fit.
Obtain Your Fitness ID – Once eligible, request your "Fitness ID" from your provider.
Schedule an Appointment – Contact us to schedule a time to sign up in the club and bring your Fitness ID with you.
Additional Information
Secondary Billing Card – We require a secondary billing card to be put on file for your membership.
Access Card Fee – There is a one-time $25 access card fee for gym access.
Membership Requirements
To keep your membership active, all insurance members must scan their key card once per month. Failure to do so may result in being charged our regular rate of $44.95.
We only receive a $30 reimbursement for your membership if your key card is scanned each month. As a small, family-owned business, this is crucial to helping us continue offering quality service and to keep accepting this program.
We no longer accept the following insurance programs due to very low reimbursement rates:

Gympass
Tivity
Renew Active - One Pass
Any 3rd party billing
Important: If you sign up at another location, you will not have access to our facility.
