Yes! we do offer personal training. We have different tiers of programs depending on how intensive of training you need. We also have a variety of Certified Personal Trainers who specialize in different fields to ensure you have the best guidance.

We offer a consultation included in your membership to ensure that you are comfortable and confident in the gym. This is designed to help you fast track your goals and help with any questions you have. we also have staff present that will be more than happy to help with any questions!

Yes we do! we have about 25 classes a week they are all posted on our website.
