I've been going for almost 5 years and highly recommend. It's a smaller gym but they have everything you need. The 24hr access is so convenient. Great gym , lots of free weights, machines squat racks athletic training area and outdoor training area. The owner Mike is very friendly and personable, great staff very clean facility and the members are friendly. Can’t recommend it enough.!
Awesome place, has all the equipment I need. The owners make it more pleasant with air refreshers. Along with being able to control the music its a great gym. Wish I found it sooner.
