Your consultation is a guided conversation and assessment designed to give you clarity and direction. During this session, we will:
Discuss your fitness goals, history, and lifestyle
Identify barriers that may be holding you back
Assess strength, cardio fitness, flexibility, and posture
Review basic measurements and vitals, including body composition
Answer questions and explain how training can help you move forward
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of where you are now and what steps will help you progress safely and effectively.
Ongoing Personal Training
After your consultation, we’ll recommend training options based on your goals, availability, and experience level. All programs include individualized coaching, progress tracking, and accountability in a supportive gym environment.
