Extremely clean. Almost too clean. Friendly manager who always welcomes me when I walk in and acknowledges me when I walk out. Has all of the equipment I need for a good workout. A little on the small side, but probably just right for Medical Lake.
Loved working out here. Always clean, open 24/7 was a great perk. I wish the space was a little bigger for those days it was crowded but that's okay. 10/10 recommend.

Frequently Asked Questions
Once your online sign-up has been received, an access card will be assigned to you generally within 24 to 48 hours. Please note, the access card is not charged for until assigned, so you will see that a $26 charge has come through once the card has been issued. You will be contacted by the gym to pick up your card, either from the front desk, or the lock box we have outside the front door.
