NEW Three-Week Program includes basic self-defense techniques to prepare you for a dangerous encounter, led by defensive tactics instructor Janelle Rasmussen. Three 90-minute sessions held on consecutive Wednesdays at 6pm starting September 18 and Sundays at noon starting September 22. Chose the day that works best for you! $99 for three classes!
