NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR MEMBERSHIP WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Sponsor: Lake Villa Fitness, Inc., d/b/a Snap Fitness Lake Villa and Snap Fitness Round Lake.

Promotion Period: The Fun & Sun Sweepstakes begins October 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends January 31, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Illinois & Wisconsin who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry or on a membership with a parent (parent will receive prize). Membership in Snap Fitness is not required to enter or win. Employees, owners and officers of Sponsor and their immediate family or
household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
Prize: One winner will receive a 3 day/2 night stay at Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate, 1500 Masters Boulevard, ChampionsGate, Florida, for May 19–21, 2027, consisting of ONE DELUXE HOTEL ROOM FOR 2 GUESTS, plus one $500 Visa gift card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,500.
Sponsor will pay (Room Rate, Hotel Taxes and Mandatory Resort Fees). All other expenses not expressly described above are the winner's responsibility. The $500 Visa gift card is subject to the card issuer's terms and conditions. Prize travel dates are fixed.
How to Enter: There is a maximum of 50 entries per person for the entire Sweepstakes, regardless of method of entry. Eligible entrants may obtain entries through qualifying promotional activities at either participating Snap Fitness location, including:
10 entries – Join either club (New Member)
5 entries – Re-Join either club (Past Member) (30-day min stay)
2 entries – Refer someone to JOIN either club (referral slip must be present at joining)
1 entry – Refer someone to RE-JOIN either club (referral slip must be present at re-joining)
1 entry – Each Personal Training Session Purchased at either club
1 entry - Each Personal Training Session Consumed at either club
1 entry – Each “Snap Gear” item purchased (shirts, bottles, Myzone, hats etc.) *excludes Access Cards
1 entry – Each review either club receives during the contest dates – we would love a 5-STAR review. If you cannot provide one, please let us know what improvements we can make to earn a 5-Star review.

* Max entries per month is 6 (2 clubs x 3 sites = 6 reviews)
* Multiple people on membership – each can receive up to 6 entries per month
* Members can obtain a referral slip from staff at either club
FREE ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY: No purchase or membership is required. Any eligible person may receive up to the same maximum of 50 entries without making a purchase by MAILING THE REQUIRED ENTRY. Entries obtained through the free method and entries obtained through promotional activities are treated identically. Combining entry methods will not allow an entrant to exceed 50 total entries.
Mail a hand printed postcard with [Name, Phine #, Email, Address] to Fun & Sun Sweepstakes, Snap Fitness, 850 Tower Drive, Lake Villa, IL 60046. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than January 31, 2027 and received by February 4, 2027. Mechanically reproduced/bulk entries are not allowed.
Odds: One prize will be awarded. The odds of winning are 1 in the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection: One potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about February 5, 2027. All eligible entries have an equal chance of being selected.
Winner Notification: The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided with the entry. The potential winner must respond within [72 hours] and may be required to provide proof of eligibility and complete reasonable prize-acceptance and tax
documentation. If the potential winner does not timely respond, is ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing.
Taxes: All federal, state and local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize are the responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will issue any tax documentation required by applicable law. Prizes and awards generally constitute taxable income to the recipient even when an information return isn't required.
Winner Publicity and Promotional Use: By participating in this giveaway, each entrant grants Lake Villa Fitness, Inc. and its authorized representatives permission to use the entrant’s name, photograph, likeness, and/or video for promotional and advertising purposes related to the giveaway and Snap Fitness, including but not limited to use on social media, websites, advertisements, print materials, email marketing, and other promotional channels, without further notice, approval or compensation, except where prohibited by law. The winner may be required to provide a photograph or participate in a photo or video shoot for promotional purposes. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to these publicity terms.
General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries obtained through fraud, tampering or violation of these Official Rules and to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes if circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially affect its administration, subject to applicable law.
