Frequently Asked Questions

The most preferred way is to contact the gym directly either email or phone call to set-up an in-person appointment, especially for new members joining for the first time. We require all new and returning members to bring in their most current state issued photo ID or passport, along with current high school ID's are accepted.

If joining with an insurance or employer benefit, please bring your medical insurance card, photo ID, or employer ID/benefit number associated with your gym discount.

Everyone is welcome, but you must be at least 14 to join with a parent, and 16 years of age to join alone but with parental in-person sign-off before an access card will be issued.

Guests are welcome to visit during staffed hours. To access the facility, all guests must sign a liability waiver (must be 18+ to sign for yourself). If you have questions regarding our guest policy, please contact hartfordwi@snapfitness.com to ensure you will not be charged $20 for bringing an unregistered guest during non-staffed hours.

The easiest way for active Hartford members to RSVP for classes is through our free Snap App. Members can purchase classes on the app directly or contact staff to buy class credits. If a member cancels before class starts, members will get their class credit returned to their account.

Non-Members: First class is free, please RSVP to the gym either by emailing hartfordwi@snapfitness.com or by calling 262-397-8726.

Snap Fitness Hartford is open 24/7 for members, so you can work out whenever it fits your schedule. Whether it’s early morning, late at night, or anything in between, you’ll always have access.

Staffed hours are updated weekly and are located on our Hartford website and at our front door. Hours may change without notice. It is highly encouraged to contact the gym for new sign-ups and tours to make sure staff is available for you. Walk-ins are welcome, however, during busier times/days there maybe a wait.

Day Passes are available for $10 per day, during staffed hours only, 18 years of age or older with photo ID. If you have any questions, please reach out to hartfordwi@snapfitness.com

Snap Fitness Hartford offers joint and family memberships in person only. We love to meet our new members in person at least at sign-up to make sure we answer any and all questions, cover amenities and services included with membership, explain our gym policies for the best experience when starting a new fitness journey. Typical new membership appointments take about 20-30 minutes. Please bring current photo ID's at the time of joining. Contact the gym for current pricing inquiries.

We understand that life changes. Contact us to discuss a membership freeze or to cancel your membership.  Snap Fitness Hartford requires written confirmation (emails to the gym or our cancel form at the gym during staffed hours) no later then 5 business days before the member's billing date. We cannot process membership cancellation requests for other Snap Fitness gym locations. Voice messages, social media DM's, and text messages are not accepted as formal cancel/freeze requests.

Is your account past due, or have you changed credit cards? At Snap Fitness Hartford, we make it super simple to update your billing information. You can use the free Snap App to update your bank or credit card information, or you can contact us or visit a staff member at the gym.
