About Me

Movement has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up training in ballet, which eventually earned me a dance scholarship at Saint Mary’s College of California. There, I completed my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science while also earning a minor in Dance—a combination that allowed me to explore both the science and artistry of human movement.

My path into personal training was shaped by my own experiences. After a spine injury led to spinal stenosis, I spent years learning how to manage pain, rebuild strength, and regain confidence in my body. During that process, I worked with a personal trainer who introduced me to strength training, and I quickly became fascinated by its ability to improve not only physical performance but my everyday life. What started as a solution for my back became a lifelong passion.

I’ve been working out at at Snap Fitness since I was 16 years old, and today I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with experience leading spin, HIIT, circuit, TRX, and bootcamp-style classes. While I enjoy many styles of exercise, I’m especially drawn to traditional strength training, balance work, and dynamic movement that helps people feel capable both inside and outside the gym.

My approach is rooted in the belief that health doesn’t require perfection. Life is meant to be lived, celebrated, and even enjoyed with dessert. I focus on helping people build realistic habits that fit their lives rather than asking them to revolve their lives around fitness. Whether someone is looking to increase strength, improve mobility, recover from injury, or simply feel better day-to-day, my goal is to create a plan that feels sustainable and rewarding.

The most meaningful part of this work is getting to know the people I train. Everyone walks through the door with a different history, different motivations, and different challenges. Those details matter. The best program isn’t built from a template—it’s built around the individual standing in front of me. Taking the time to understand each person’s story allows me to create an experience that supports their goals while respecting where they’re starting from.

If you’ve ever trained with me, you’ll quickly learn that I’m naturally bubbly, probably a little too chatty, and genuinely excited about helping people succeed. I love celebrating victories of all sizes, from a new personal record to finally carrying all the grocery bags inside in one trip. (Honestly, that’s functional fitness at its finest.)

I’ve lived in Half Moon Bay for the past nine years but am originally from San Mateo. When I’m away from the gym, you’ll usually find me experimenting with new baking recipes, spending time with friends, or diving headfirst into whatever random craft project has captured my attention that week.

Becoming a personal trainer is the first career choice I’ve made that has never felt like “work.” I feel incredibly fortunate to spend my days helping people discover their strengths, overcome obstacles, and realize they’re capable of more than they thought. No matter your experience level, fitness background, or physical limitations, I believe movement can be a powerful tool for improving your quality of life—and I’d love the opportunity to help you find what that looks like for you.
