The Snap App is complimentary for all our members and is designed to enhance your overall fitness and wellness journey by providing a customized journey based on your goals.
To register in the Snap App you will need to use the same email address in your membership profile and the name of our club. Our club name in the app is "Rensquare".
With the Snap App, you’ll get:
Over 1200 on-demand workouts*
Meal plan guidance and recipes matched to your goals and dietary preferences
Meditation and mindfulness content
Track progress in and outside of the gym
Visitors
Guest passes are available only during staffed hours and must be purchased onsite.
Members
Your guest(s) must sign a waiver before using our facility for safety and liability purposes.
Our guest policy and liability waivers are available 24/7 at the front desk for you and your guests to fill out when we are not staffed.
Members must be with their guests at all times.
Guest who do not sign a waiver are considered "unauthorized guests".
Guest Pass Fees
Single visit: $10
Week pass: $25
Unauthorized visit: $20
Important Notes
Guests may buy an access card ($15) to be visit the gym at their own convenience.
If you decide to join within 7 days of your guest pass purchase, a partial discount will be credited toward your joining fee.
You may buy an access card ($15) at our gym during staffed hours.
Memberships may be paused for a month a time and up to 3 months per calendar year, starting on your billing date.
Please submit your pause request at least 3 days before the billing date in which the pause will be effective.
Our pause fee is $5/month, and we charged the full amount at the moment we process your request.
All requests received less than 3 business days before the billing date will be effective the following month.
If you are planning to re-join our club in the future, please consider pausing your membership to avoid joining fees and keep your current level of membership dues at your return.
Please submit your request at least 3 days before the billing date in which the pause OR termination will be effective.

All membership changes require a written notification from the primary member, at least 3 business days before the billing date in which these changes become effective.

Adding or removing member(s)
Adding or removing services (Personal Training, Workshops, etc.)

Important Notes
Due to the way our system works, when you request to remove members from your family or joint membership, we need to terminate your current membership and set up a "new one" and your monthly dues will be updated.
We no longer offer Joint or Family memberships.
