The Snap App is complimentary for all our members and is designed to enhance your overall fitness and wellness journey by providing a customized journey based on your goals.
To register in the Snap App you will need to use the same email address in your membership profile and the name of our club. Our club name in the app is "Rensquare".
With the Snap App, you’ll get:
Over 1200 on-demand workouts*
Meal plan guidance and recipes matched to your goals and dietary preferences
Meditation and mindfulness content
Track progress in and outside of the gym
BFFs (or Best Fitness Friends as we call them!) are welcome to join you at our location.
Your guest(s) must sign a waiver before using our facility for safety and liability purposes.
Our guest policy and liability waivers are available 24/7 at the front desk for you and your guests to fill out when we are not staffed. Our guest fees are $10/day and $25/week.
Members must be with their guests at all times. Guests are not allowed to use a member’s access card.
Visitors who do not sign a waiver are considered "unauthorized guests". We charge $20/visit for unauthorized guests.
Please stop by our club during staffed hours to get a new access card. We charge $15 for access card replacements.
Primary members can pause their memberships for a month a time, starting on their billing date, and up to 3 months per year.
Our pause fee is $10/month, and it is charged at the moment we process the pause request for the full amount of the length of the pause ($10, $20, or $30 for 1, 2, or 3 months).
We ask for a written notification from the primary member at least 3 business days before their billing date to pause the automatic drafts.
The primary member can stop by during our staffed hours to fill out a "Membership Change Form" OR email their request to rensquare@snapfitness.com OR click the link HERE.
We confirm your electronic requests in a 24 to 48 hour window, if you don't hear from us please verify you sent your request to the right email address. We can not respond to emails we don't receive.
All requests received with less than 3 business days before the billing date will be effective the following month.
The pause request applies to all members of a joint or family membership.
Before terminating your membership, please consider pausing it to avoid joining fees when you return and keep your current level of membership dues. If you would like to pause your membership please click the link HERE.

Be aware that due to the way our system works, when you request to remove members from your family or joint membership, we need to terminate your current membership and set up a "new one" and your monthly dues will be updated.
