Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! We strive to make working out as a family fun and affordable with plans that include up to 5 qualifying family members. It's only $20/month for each additional member living in the same household (dependents ages 14-22 and/or a spouse/partner).

We love when members bring guests to workout! Guests are welcomed during staffed hours only, and their first visit is free! Please stop at the desk so they can sign a liability waiver prior to working out.

BONUS: if your guest signs up for their own membership, you get a free month of membership as a thank-you for the referral!

We sure do! Classes are hosted in our studio space throughout the week with a variety of class styles. There's something for everyone whether you're looking to work on strength, endurance, agility, or balance. Some are even included with your base membership at no additional cost!

Our premium classes like Sweat Equity and Level Up are membership add-ons with tiered pricing depending on your specific needs. Your first premium class is always FREE, so ask a staff member how to get booked in through the Snap App!

Whether you're booking a spot in a regular or premium class, you'll do it all through the Snap Fitness App.

  1. Log into the Snap App or create your account.

  2. Select "Bookings" at the bottom.

  3. Ensure you have the proper location selected in the dropdown menu on top.

  4. Select the day you'd like to book the class.

  5. Select the class you'd like to attend.

  6. Select "Book Class" at the bottom.

Booking closes 1 hour prior to the class start time, so book early!

If you book a class and are unable to attend, please cancel the booking within the app as soon as possible to allow others to reserve a space if the class is full.

We're here to help and support you whether this is your first time starting an exercise regimen, you've never stepped foot in the gym before, or you've been a member at the gym and didn't have the success you were hoping for. We want to see you succeed, and we're committed to helping you along the way!

Our staff will meet you where you're at and get you scheduled for an equipment orientation to teach you how everything in the gym works and how to confidently and safely use it. These sessions are held multiple times per week and can be attended as many times as you need. Book your spot in the Snap App for "Equipment Orientation".

You'll also have the option to meet with a Nutrition Coach and/or a Personal Trainer for a FREE consultation when you sign up for a membership at Snap Fitness. They'll be able to get you on the right track with next steps toward reaching your personal goals. Let a staff member know you're interested, or grab one of their business cards in the gym to reach out directly to a Coach or Trainer.

We love when kids and families work out together and want to support building healthy habits at a young age by making exercise part of your family's values!

Because we're a 24/7 access gym but are not staffed 24/7, we have some safety and liability guidelines to follow. Our minimum age for membership is 14 unless working directly under the supervision of a certified Personal Trainer in a 1-on-1 session or group class.

Kids ages 14-15 must be under supervision of a parent/guardian at all times during their workouts. Parents cannot drop them off at the gym or rely on staff supervision.

Kids 16+ can work out unsupervised and be on a single membership plan by themselves.

Parents, we get it, it's hard to find time to work out with kids! Feel free to bring minor children to the gym during your workout, but they must stay off equipment and be respectful of other members' space and experience in the club. Parents sometimes bring activities for their kids to do alongside them while they get their workouts in, which we totally support. Plus, kids get to see their parents set an example of dedication and commitment to their health - BONUS!

Myzone is a heart rate tracking system we use in our gym to measure your effort in real time. With a wearable device, you’ll see your heart rate, intensity level, and calories burned displayed live on your phone when you're outside the gym or on our in-gym screens while at the club, adding motivation, accountability, and a fun, competitive edge to your workouts.

Throughout the year we run several challenges that help you get connected with other members, win prizes, and raise money for charities!
