Group Classes
Our gym offers a diverse range of group classes suitable for all ages and fitness levels. In particular, we have specialized classes such as "Seniors in Motion" and "Balance" which focus on improving mobility and stability for older adults. For those seeking a more intense workout, "Boot Camp" classes are available to help build strength and endurance. Additionally, we offer "Hatha Yoga" classes for those looking to improve their flexibility and reduce stress. Come find your class!
Training Options
1x Weekly Training
$40 Per Session, 4 (30 Minute) trainings in a month for a total of $160.
2x Weekly Training
$35 Per Session, 8 (30 Minute) trainings in a month for a total of $280
3x Weekly Training
$30 Per Session, 12 (30 Minute) trainings in a month for a total of $240. This option also covers your monthly membership dues.
