Now, as a CPT, specializing in strength & conditioning, as well as pre & postnatal fitness, I channel my expertise to empower women. My passion for endurance sports extends beyond running; Not only have I completed over 20 marathons and 27 half marathons, but I've also reached the pinnacle of success by qualifying for Nationals as part of Team USA in triathlon events.
