With our small group classes, we're all about helping you achieve your goals in an inclusive space. We offer two awesome classes - Boot Camp and Strength Training & Core - designed to boost your mood and your fitness. Each class is 8-10 people max so you receive personalized attention, and when you sign up, you can attend unlimited classes!

Boot Camp
Torch calories and build strength in our boot camp classes! Designed for all levels, you'll boost endurance, improve coordination, and have a blast with a motivating group. Come see what you're made of! Class Times Tuesdays - 5:15 p.m. Wednesdays- 10 a.m. Fridays - 10 a.m.

Strength Training & Core
This intermediate/advanced class focuses on progressive overload so you can track your weights and crush your goals. Decrease body fat, gain lean muscle, and get stronger with group support! Class Times Mondays - 6 a.m.+ 10a.m. & 5:45 p.m. Thursdays - 6 a.m. & 5:15 p.m.
