The new 5500 square foot second floor features new equipment for strength and functional training.
The lower level has been renovated completely...including new flooring, paint, updated showers/restrooms, lockers (coming soon), and new layout. We have also added a full recovery area with an infrared sauna, cryotherapy, stretching cage and recovery zone.
We've added a full range of small group training classes, body scanning, and massage therapy.
