
Athlete Training Space
Our 8,000 square foot functional workout space is an add on option for all members! This space is geared towards members who want an open floor to perform agility drills, athletic speed and technical movements with our various free weights. Our hockey arena draws a large crowd of local athletes looking to improve their technical skills.

Functional Training Space
Our functional training space is an option for members to add onto their membership! This workout area is open for general use from 9 am to 6 pm Monday-Friday and 9 am to 12 pm on Saturday.

Group Training
If you are someone who needs motivation to train with an instructor, we have services available to help you at all hours of the day! That's right, 24/7! Attend one of our live instructor courses. If our times don't work for you, we offer over 1,000 various virtual courses that you can take from the Snap App or from the TV screen in our studio space. All you have to do is pick the program and workout at a time that fits your schedule.

Tanning improve mood, promotes Vitamin D production and the cosmetic look of the skin. There are risks to tanning so please consult a document before participating in this service. In the State of Minnesota you must be 18 to tan.
